Trademark Class 10: Medical & Surgical Devices
Class 10 covers surgical, medical, dental and veterinary apparatus and instruments, artificial limbs, orthopaedic articles, suture materials and therapeutic devices adapted for disabled persons. Medicines themselves are Class 5, and general electronics are Class 9.
What Class 10 covers
