Trademark Class 31: Agriculture, Fresh Produce & Pet Food
Class 31 covers raw and unprocessed agricultural, horticultural and forestry products, live animals, fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds, natural plants and flowers, and foodstuffs for animals. Once produce is cooked or preserved it moves to Class 29 or 30.
What Class 31 covers
India follows the NICE Classification (11th edition) — 45 classes in total, 34 for goods and 11 for services. Class 31 sits in the goods group.
